1. General & Vintage Condition
All items at Antique Curations are authentic vintage, antique, or pre-loved pieces unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to their age and historical nature, items may show natural signs of wear, patina, or minor age-related marks. We do our absolute best to describe and photograph every item accurately, including any visible flaws. Please review all product descriptions and high-resolution images carefully prior to purchase.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Packaging: As many of our items are fragile ceramics, glass, and collectibles, we take extra care to pack every order securely using robust protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Tracking & Delivery: All shipments are sent with tracked delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking code.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
3. Returns & Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package:
Notice of Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@antiquecurations.com prior to sending the item back.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received, including all original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part or damage during transit, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the item’s original purchase price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Damaged Items in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the outer box and the damaged item immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of package delivery with the photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
